  1. Why does everything require being on your wrists and knees? I have a crushed knee, I can’t put any pressure on it, and carpal tunnel. Can someone please do a workout where you’re not supporting your weight on these sensitive joints????

  2. i did 8! I am a 47 year old female who loves working out and is new to Fit Mother. I used 15 pound weights at first, then went up to 20 lbs…(for most exercises)…and did 15 push ups at least (not on my knees) and based on what you said, i feel great about that! it was a fun workout. took me about 45 minutes i think.

  3. it seems to me a little counter intuitive to use the same weight for different muscle groups. like I can press a heck of a lot less than I can deadlift, obviously
    so idk
    maybe having a couple sets of weights to vary and really engage each muscle can be a good idea?

  4. This was so intense!!
    I did 10lbs 7 cycles took me to 35minutes
    I had to do pushups and renegades on my knees but I was able to push to 15.

    I did the Pyramix 10 Tuesday and I felt it Wednesday!! I did my regular lifting and I was burning 2x I normally do!! 😓

  5. My opinion is if you have chronic illnesses the weight machines might be more helpful. I watched you and feel frustrated that free weights is not for me. In fact you are putting me off because you dont show us how to use weight machines such as leg press etc.

  6. I did this workout for about 3 weeks. It was very challenging in the beginning but I saw it did get easier. However the dumbbell rows and push-ups gave me tendonitis in my elbow so I had to stop. Healing from it now. Be careful .
