  2. Thank you so much, my first attempt, I did it along with you. The Mountain Climbing exercise was intense pressure that I felt on my belly. It is going to be my daily routine.

  3. I tried this for the first time today. I would say I couldn't complete any type of exercises the content creator showed. I don't think a beginner can cope with the trainer's time, strength, and stamina. So, if any of you can't cope with the trainer, i think that is normal.

  4. I started this workout because i wanted to be like Saitama so i tried to his workout i failed i Didn't even get past 50 push-ups so i will continue to do this workout until i can do this for an hour
    Then i Will do Saitamas workout routine for 3 years straight then idk where i will continue after getting a six-pack but i Will see 🗿

  5. This type of exercises does help!! Down from 84Kgs to 72Kgs in two months. Aiming 68Kgs at the end ot this month. Key is consistency and diet!! Try to eat less and fresh. No fast/junk food whatsoever!!

  6. So far it's hard. Doing it about a week now, every day. I just feel I'm forcing my shoulders, neck and upper back (and I have dyscopathy so have to watch out) instead of putting the focus on the abs and stomach area. Any advice?
