  1. This is by far one of the best videos I have ever watched regarding heart health. The amount of important information given in such a simple and straight forward format is incredible. Thank you so much for putting this video together!! Simply amazing!

  2. Dr. A, this is the best video I've ever seen concerning overall health! It's a super combination of all the important things we need to know. Food, excersice, sleep, supplements, breathing. The explanation you give on the "why" certain foods are bad for you is amazing. Excellent. This is great! 🙏🏾👏🏾🤍

  3. I am just starting my journey and I really appreciate your channel! It’s been my go-to guide this week (see, I said am just beginning!). It would be helpful if you separated your content into playlists, like these are all of the food related ones, workouts etc.. Also, can you make a video further explaining the perfect plate concept, specifically, how to estimate how tall your food portions should be. Yes, my mashed potatoes, for instance, width wise only consume 1/4 of my plate, but defeats the purpose if I’ve piled six scoops into a tall skinny mountain. Lol! So I am requesting further information on estimating how much food collectively is about 500 calories not just for myself but others as well.

  4. Is 36 too late to start retraining heart health ?

Can you suggest your favorite vita d and cod liver supplements ? As a vegetarian, my diet has become horrific … As it's easy to fill up on carbs (even if they're organic … They're still trash, I know this)

Do you have MRT workouts on your channel? Eventually I'll join your program when 💲💸

I don't drive, I've walked my whole life.. unfortunately I don't feel like it does anything,as I am 30lbs overweight

I love how you ended this session. You are deeply aware and thank you for sharing your wisdom

  5. My issue is arrhythmia and ectopic heart beats. My heart also beats really high when I exercise which generally makes me stop exercising. I'm menopausal too, when it's really important to exercise

  6. Taking care of our heart health should be a top priority for all of us, and these 5 tips are a great place to start! It's amazing how simple changes in our diet, exercise routine, and daily habits can make such a big impact on our heart health. Personally, I've found that incorporating more fruits and veggies into my meals, getting regular exercise, and managing my stress levels have made a world of difference. I'm excited to see how these tips can help others too! What heart-healthy habits have you found to be effective?

  7. Thank you for your knowledge and fabulous teaching style. I have learned so much from this one video – I have subscribed and looking forward to you guiding me to better health. Again thank you x

  8. Thank you for this Dr Balduzzi. Ive just had a shocking result on cholesterol, turns out I have Familial Hypercholesterolemia. I have always worked out, eaten really well and then this! Such a bummer. What youve talked about has educated me much more than my provider did, the details on things like magnesium and calcium are key. I am a nose breather and have been for years now after studying research on it, and struggling during aerobic exercise to keep going as a mouth breather. So, I believe I'm doing almost all you recommend. Ive just subscribed to our program and hope to see more benefits. Thanks for your sharing and contributions. God bless. Sally

  9. Fruit , oatmeal and beans are bad. Too much sugar in fruits and oatmeal spike blood sugar. Beans have always caused me terrible pain. Any legumes and veggies high in lectins cause me awful arthritis, inflammation and joint pain.
I also ate a lot of kale, collards, spinach, and brassicas but had to back off because free t3 started to drop.
Low carb diet helps reduce insulin resistance, triglycerides, lowers insulin, raises HDL. Make sure to drink water with electrolytes. I did not realize that you excrete them when you cut out excess sugar and carbs.
Also, I had to make sure I got enough high quality, whole food protein. I was too low, below .8 per pound of weight. That matters so much for heart health.

  10. I just watched another video that said eggs are really bad for cholesterol as are full of it so it’s very difficult to know what to eat! Great information though. We have been doing intermittent fasting for a month now and altered our diet and haven’t seen much difference on the scale.
