This was so informational! I’ve had to have my stomach stapled up around my esophagus in order to help decrease the amount of gastric reflux. Not to mention ruin other severe GI issues.

I totally agree with what you say about sugar, but I want to share an observation of a 56 year old man I know who has consumed sugar junk food fast food all his life. He had good food as well but still a lot of junk. He still consumes a lot in my opinion and he has more energy than anyone I know. He is extremely fit and no fat and a lot of muscle. Any explanation how that can happen??

Green juice is not the answer to "alkalize" the body. Our kidneys regulate acid/alkaline balance (assuming they function properly). By now you both should know about the hazards of eating leafy greens (especially juiced in large quantities) due to oxalate overload and other plant defense chemicals. Search Sally K. Norton, Toxic Superfoods. Also read The Plant Paradox. Drinking juice is terrible, ignorant advice that will hurt people. If you need to acidify the gut (as it should be), take digestive bitters before meals or enzymes including hydrochloric acid. Apple cider vinegar can also be helpful. See a licensed or certified herbalist for help. Sorry, Gary, you missed this one.

All about mineral so lets get this into check.. to get minerials into thr body we need it to get from our food' which need to ensure that a stromach acidic stomach is key to get these things into your digestive system so that it can push it into small intestine. We are not dumping acids food or alkiline food.. we are consuming minerals that will break down to creat acidic at the mitochondria level. Too much glucose and lack of minerials to naturally buffer these acids cause load of issue at the cellular level.. waste that goes to lymphatic system is now hot and acidic and hit the kidneys which is now breaking down and we now have a block pf the lymphatic system due to the kidneys.. the greens are great for the mineral but how can we get it from plants in 2024.. then from the plant to the cow.. then from the cow to the human.
