  1. just got my first unassisted pull up today! something that also helped me was using those large resistance rubber bands on your feet, then knees as you build strength.

  2. But bro I never did any of these movements. I saw my friend doing pull ups I simply tried to replicate it and went from 0-10 pulls ups I don't know exactly how many months but I know i didn't do any of the movements or progession just jumped to main movement.
