I really admire Bruce Lee he was more powerful and faster but with small body,so l wanna be like him
I liked and subscribed. I hardly ever do that.
One time when I worked installing solar panels I saw this 125ish pound guy pull the cart full of solar panels by himself. It would take like 3 or 4 of us to pull it. This guy was freakishly strong.
Anatoly was watching this video 😅😅
I want to be the tallest guy in my weight category and be strong. Not big
Really helpful ty
My balls ang aching every time i lift heavy weights. How could i avoid that?
Just Eat less and lift heavy
Martial artists especially take advantage of this workout method to become more agile and strong.
Meanwhile, Brooks Kubik promotes using singles for size (and strength). Says singles got he and his training partners bigger than any other system of sets and reps.
I don’t want to be big, I’ve always been lean, fast and explosive growing up. I just recently started getting big and realized I’m getting slower.
Reality is you can't stronger than your bulky gaining version
Good job I thought I was the only one who didn't want bigger muscles I just want a strong back
short answer: be short. someone who's taller than you who lifts the same weight as you is going to be stronger than you, because basically they have more lockout strenght than you. and that's because of the leverage advantage caused by longer limbs
I watched this back in high school. My brain did not click when he said, "Higher intensity with lower volume equals increased muscle strength." I understand what he means now that I have a little over a year of programming. Instead of throwing yourself at the weight, make sure every session counts. There are fewer workouts per week, fewer sets, and reps, and more weight added every other week. In any case, it made more sense, looking back on what work and what didn't work.
Good advice. God bless you. John 3:16
exactly what I need for jiu jitsu hah
What if I train for strength (not hypertrophy) and am in a caloric surplus. Will I gain muscle or fat? I do look a bit skinny rn, so i want to gain several pounds of muscle before I train solely for strength.
i want my glutes big but my upper small but strong so i do half and half with half of my body
You didn't spell Protein wrong, the people who write the dictionaries did. It shouldn't be protein, it should be protien like you wrote. As they teach in school "I before E, except after c." I don't see a "C" anywhere in "protein"
Great video.
Definitely people who are below 5"9 should try it. Too much muscles on anyone who is below 5"9 doesn't look aesthetic.
Like I want to be big but I see strength as a goal way more, I just want to see what the difference is that’s why I’m here
