  1. To me, the litmus test is can you still run a mile without feeling like you are dying. I am slightly fat and asthmatic and can still so that, if you can't time to cut weight and actually so some damn cardio.

  2. Essentially heres the only two rules of eating you need to follow

    1. Dont eat like an asshole. Eat normal human portions not fat american sized portions. You dont need to be eating giant 2000-3000 cal meals in one sitting

    2. Eat smart 80% of the time. Stick to whole foods, meat, fish, rice, veggies, fruits, some dairy here and there but remember that if youre going to have junk food or "fun food" try to space it out and when you splurge just remember rule 1 and adjust the rest of your day accordingly. Ex, a medium order of fries once or twice a week isnt going to break you. The large fries with a bunxh of chips and cookies and candy and pancakes all in one day is what keeps you fat

  3. My best friend is losing a ton of weight on the no grains sugar and potatoes diet and is all like there's no such thing as essential carbs etc and I'm like ok of me having a couple cups of fucking rice every day is what's keeping me fat I guess I'll just be fat then. This friend also doesn't lift or stregnth train and just will not hear anything about how much better training goes with some fucking glycogen

  4. Alexander, I really like your videos, and learn a lot from them, but I can’t watch them around my little kids because of all the F-bombs. Just something to consider, you may be holding your channel back somewhat because of that
