  1. I always train alone Tone. I go the gym when its empty during the day. After 39 years of boxing I'm always evolving, as I take from so many top level guys and implement what I'm learning into my style. Once I perfect one way of doing something, I'll move on to new methods. Right now I'm perfecting Naoya Inuoe stle body shots

  2. Im training myself with your videos !! Thank you so much for EXCELLENT content and teaching.. i listen to everything you say and understand so. Thanks Coach !!

  3. the problem at my gym is that we are so many that our coach cant look at everyone of us and cant tell me what i do bad or good. i wish training would be a little bit more like private training so that the coach can actually tell me what i need to work on

  4. I have sm love for boxing and I wanna be pro in the future but my parents don’t support and I got nowhere else to get the funds for a gym I’m only 15 and somtimes I have days that I think I won’t make it but I still try what do u think I should do

  5. I am 23 year old male. I want to go to a school where I will learn takondo, hapkido and jodo. my reasons is to stay fit, keep myself busy and learn some fighting skills. I don't want to be a fighter, but I want to know how to fight if I have to. thats why I want to learn boxing so I can balance out hapkido to overcome its weaknesses in a real fight. MY goal is to learn both at the same time.

  6. Yeah I can tell people are currently dealing with this right now for example being in a boxing gym or a building being used as a gym you got fighters that are from the age of 20-30 ending their amateur boxing career to go pro but for some reason nobody is sticking to every task boxing has to offer but yet only doing 1-3 things where it's like heavy bag drills, sparring, and pad work is 100% all you do but everything else is 0% where things are unbalanced and expecting to advance and win alotta fights. Also you gotta coach that's old but can't really keep up with you and the rest of the guys but can keep up with the children and new beginners and the other two coaches are around you every now and then but not consistently especially with proper guidance and proper preparations while you and the rest of the guys atleast try to help each other out on y'all own then the coaches have the nerve to get mad at you and the rest of the others for their performances being piss poor as if its all your fault when really its half and half yours and your coaches fault.

  7. I want to do boxing since I was born but but I am not getting there bc I don't go training so I don't know how to do boxing when I am going on YouTube trying to be an a professional boxer when I am older I train for weeks and I am still not getting there what should I do

  8. Thank you I needed this. I've done 4 months in a boxing gym but the coach wasn't really there for beginners, only who had a real match to win. In fact many beginners quit, awful teacher…

  9. All I have to say is a training dummy with robotic arms that randomly throws punches and defends at different speeds perfectly executing it the same each time after training the ai model off your opponent boom there's a big idea for all sports training i really hope people use this isea as it would be amazing ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  10. There’s a pretty good drill I discovered that’s also really fun. I take a little balloon and go to an open room or area and I play the keepy uppy game with it but using jabs and punches too. It’s good for footwork and hand-eye coordination
