  1. The first one I think they're also called v crunches I had zero abs and then I would do at least 100 v crunches everyday for at least two to three months and then I had ABS but I was also very skinny at the time

  2. Did you just say training the obliques will give you a v taper. How can training a muscle shrink it. if you train the obliques, they will grow and make your waist wider, so not training obliques is actually better for a v taper.

  3. No joke for the first time in my life I see my abs 😮 when i looked in the mirror they were visible which i was never able to see before because i had a layer of fat covering them. I still need about 1 more month and they wll be popping out like crazy 😊 im so excited, it took months but its worth the wait.

  4. Actually you can build abs without becoming a skinny stick Just use weights to build bigger muscles instead of very high rep sit ups and stuff build as big ab muscles as possible to be visible.
