Did you just say training the obliques will give you a v taper. How can training a muscle shrink it. if you train the obliques, they will grow and make your waist wider, so not training obliques is actually better for a v taper.
No joke for the first time in my life I see my abs 😮 when i looked in the mirror they were visible which i was never able to see before because i had a layer of fat covering them. I still need about 1 more month and they wll be popping out like crazy 😊 im so excited, it took months but its worth the wait.
Actually you can build abs without becoming a skinny stick Just use weights to build bigger muscles instead of very high rep sit ups and stuff build as big ab muscles as possible to be visible.

I'm alrwady pretty underweight and my body fat percent is pretty low at 8-9.5%. Do I go into a calorie deficit or what?

V-ups 4 sets of 12
Russian Twists: 3 sets of 20
Elbows to knees 3 sets of 20
(Progress these overtime like adding 1 extra rep every time you do it)
