I really respect how this guy acknowledges that fitness is hard, and some workouts kinda suck sometimes when you’re doing them right for the first time. Getting in shape can be hard, and there’s no shame in that.

I have questions so here we go😭 1. if i have a little bit of fat, do i have to burn fat or do i just go straight on to ab exercising 2. can i have visible abs like in two months or three? 3. can i have a one week break of working out? and lastly the big question.. 4. so basically, im skinny, and i ate like a whole entire two plates of spaghetti or wtv. would that cause me to get fat? because most of the time it’d go away eventually.

I got 3% body fat n i got abs but they dont rly poke out theyre just visible why
