You can also go slowly down, then pause and raise normally. You'll strengthen your muscles more effectively that way with less reps required for the same level of stimulus

DONT do this, unless you dont mind fcking up your shoulders eventually. Lean forward, but dont flare your elbows like this, keep them tucked.
