  1. He's right, cause there are different muscle Fibers for strenght and Endurance, here you want endurance to get more reps, this means you are targeting those Muscle Fibers that are responsible for Endurance. 😉

  2. Well, probably this one is efficient, but you can just do them on the regular basis and you'll get there anyways. This one requires strong mentality which most of the beginners don't have.

  3. Thanks! I can do 3 pull ups, but I'm stuck on it. I want to do more, I've tried different things, but I just lack the energy or something (idk how to describe that).

  4. from my experience this isn't a good method for increasing max reps. going to failure every set leads to lower quality reps and lower total reps. training submaximally with more frequency is the way to go.

  5. I have tried like this video. But Its still didnt work for me.
    But I finally found my own perfect way:
    1) Max Pull-up
    2) Top Half Pull-up to Negative Pull-up
    3) Pull-up Hold
    4) One Arm Dead Hang

  6. I hate pull ups because there is no excuse to not push until failure, it hurts so bad every set. That’s why I prefer bench because you can’t push until failure without a spot or else youll get embarrassed lol
