  1. This is good work
And sometimes if your opponent is a lil too confident and aggressive mix it up with your counter or your jab before you go into defense

  2. Tae Kwon Do always has the worst defense for punches. I Boxed as a kid, go into TKD and the instructor is trying to ruin my defense. Stupid and rigid hand placement.
It changed when I dropped his stepson who was a year older than me and a brown belt and his own son a year younger already a black belt.
They were defenseless against basic punches, as was basically everyone in class. The only person who could hang with me at 15 was the instructor, who was 6ft 1 and 210 plus a 2nd degree black belt. I was like 145 pounds.
At least he was an intelligent person. He actually started teaching different defense because it was blatantly obvious that the blocks were useless against a 3-2 or an angle off 1-2. Basically you get inside range of the side kick, sitting ducks.
I think these days with MMA, people underestimate Boxing defensively and offensively.

  3. All of THIS is made obsolete when the opponent has lightning FAST handspeed and ZERO telegraph… you're hit in the face BEFORE your body can even react. THAT is TRUE speed.🎯💯💯💯💪🏾🧔🏾‍♂️
