  3. I've had many mind over body instances and I'm still unsure if this would work for my whole body and everything that's going on.
    My right side was paralyzed from the end of August '22 to the beginning of November '22 and it took me a couple months to be able to use my body properly again and be able to drive. Doctor's had no idea what happened or why it happened and it took them forever to do any tests (this was through the VA) and all they did was give me a wheelchair and make me wait. The funny thing was; you need both arms to be able to wheel yourself around… 😂

    I started meditating while I was stuck in bed and thankfully during that time I had help from friends. There was a guy in specific, I don't remember his name… but, he was a cyclist and got hit by a car. He was told he would never walk again. But, he would close his eves and envision his spine healing and wouldn't get any surgeries. Now he's running and cycling again! I used the same technique and started slowly being able to use my right side again. It did take 2 months for me to get back to doing normal, every day activities on my own, but it did work!
