  2. I do swim 4-5 times a week and the downside is you look really skinny but you can eat whatever you want then burn it off later but when it comes to upper body strength I beat all my friends with foot races if I have a motive I cook and I’m in a lot better shape than all my friends

  3. I play club soccer, so abt three games a weekend, 12 hrs of training per week, and an average diet, yet I still cant lose weight. I’m barely turning 11 tomorrow and I still am 95 lbs at 5 ft. What can I do?

  5. Really late, but I've LOVED playing soccer and it's my favorite sport for 3 years now and I'm still trying to improve by practicing more, running, and playing, but I'm Skinny Fat.
    I've never always been playing sports and went outside for my life I used to be fat and addicted to gaming before I got interested into playing sports and started going outside and started losing fat and weight which got me from fat skinny fat.

    How do I fix this skinny fat solution while playing and trying to get better soccer daily? I want to buld muscle and also look good. Someone please reach out 🙏
