    I never paid attention to my work outs just worked out till failure
    And with me being in the army infrantry I got the honors to do 50 mile foot patrols and shit like that..
    So just work out and eat…

  2. I would keep your rests between sets the same and just add rest pause sets. So instead of doing 1 set to failure rest repeat, you would go to failure rest 10-20 seconds go to failure again for each set.

  3. All is good except if you're natty you MUST rest between 3-5 mins if you want to get stronger and bigger.
    90s rests are trash unless you're juicing.
