Hope you enjoyed this one! As mentioned in the video, our brand new science-based 2.0 programs are now LIVE! Also – at 3:14 I meant to say the stretch group experienced 1.5x the "muscle GROWTH" , not 1.5x the "muscle size". Apologies for the mix up!

Wow, didn't know about some of these new research findings. Thanks for sharing!
This video is gold! 💪 Definitely gonna try some of these tips.
Great video! 👍 I actually saw faster results myself when I started using the hermq program.
These are some great tips! I'm shocked how good results I got after doing hermq program
Regarding the lads whose one arm is bigger than the other; Quagmire strong buff left arm came to mind 🤣
Science
Got a question.
You said that after you cant reach full range of motion it is recommended to do half range of motion until failure.
But in other video you said that working out until failure isn’t good for muscle growth.
I would be happy to clarify the issue 🙌🏼

It may apply to straight muscles, but twitch muscles are better to get tension by heavy lifting

Just getting back into working out at 38 and found you today, loving the science, but also no ego advice. This is the third video I watched this morning.
I’m watching this I’m skinny and I’m 14 years old and I weigh 107lbs but I have visible muscle
It sounds mad but drop the weight and work on doing it proper then ego and lifting heavy weights even if ya feel like ya can lift it …build it up and do it right ❤❤❤❤❤ hope everyone gets we’re they want to be
For science!
So I should be lazy?
I used to use this exact same technique in high school and it worked amazingly I was in the top three of my weightlifting class even though I was scrawny compared to the other two didn't realize how well this technique worked as well as that it was even a real thing
slow twitch muscle is what this builds what gives you stamina unlike fast twitch muscle which is what sprinters have they can only burst and then get tired
love the vids m8
Tq sir😊

Good vid bro. Dean from Australia.
Definitely for science! This is an excellent video – as always. Also since adopting this “non ego” type of lifting, a lot of those nagging injuries have basically disappeared- no small feat at my age! Full rom changes the exercise entirely and it’s no fun to have to unstack weight. But the gains and constant improvement are worth it. Thanks for all the info!!!
