  1. A lot of work on the shoulders. I’m 63, love this stroke but need to learn the technique better in order to make it smoother, I get neck ache after a while. Thanks for this video, very informative ❤

  2. Body line needs work, catch is too early and causing extra resistance during the breath. A later, higher, more explosive breath will be universally more efficient here.
