Some of them come with around $10-$50 million cash and around $1 billion in deluxos which can be sold every 18 hours for ~3 million. That’s what I did. I have all the properties in game and it’s still fun to grind missions.
GTA inflation is crazy. Some of the prices for things were slightly realistic for a while and not that hard to grind for. Now you gotta grind for a week straight to afford a damn car without upgrades

I have played since 2019 and the net worth on my account (the money I’ve got through the entire time) is 300,000,000. It’s not that hard. Also been playing inactively for 2 years or so.
You need to earn the money and then you can buy something expensive once you’ve earned it and it feels way better to reach your goal than just getting everything for less than 2 mil. I had a goal for the next 2 weeks to buy and max out a super yacht. I did it and it felt really great.

That's 11 million in about 1 hour. I've never relied to busniesses, that shit takes a lot of time.
