  1. Can snykne please help me as my maths is not the best . Im 168lbs about 30 % body fat . Iv divided 30% by 100 it gives me 0.003 . Ive times 0.003 by 168 and it gives me 0.504. How many lbs of fat do i have to lose?

  2. for anyone confused on how he got 0.88 at 2:40, he subtracted 1 with his desired body fat. like this: 1 – 0.12=0.88 and then after he divided his lean body weight by the number he got which was 0.88 (136/0.88=154.5) but he rounded it up which is why it’s 155. idk it might seem a bit confusing for some people but hopefully i cleared that up for anyone.

  3. Bro i have already 13-14% body fat percentage how to get abs just tell me this I have no visible abs which exercise I have to do and i week every I have to do abs workout tell everything how many days break I will give to my abs (((sorry english was not much better)))

  4. One thing I found out doing this is how highly inaccurate smart scales are at determining body fat percentage. I have a nice fully body scan scale that, at the start of this, said I was at 25% bf and would have agreed based on the photos here. I then got a dexa scan and RMR which showed I was actually at 38% body fat. I would have never thought it was that high looking at the photos in this.

  5. The formula is overly optimistic. When you lose 1 unit of bodyweight, only 70% to 80% of that is fat. The rest is lean body mass that was inevitably broken down, and so we need a more complex calculation.

  6. Excellent video as always. Funny my numbers are very similar to your "example guy". However, I do have one suggestion to improve the videos. I use kg and so does half the world, so please consider using both lbs and kgs when talking about anything to do with weight. Thanks ! 😊
