  1. 2 advertising before starts a video of 7 minutes !?are You serious ! You have more than 700 k suscribers and you allow YouTube advertising ??? Maybe people do not know that youtubers have power to accept advertising or not on their channel. I can understand for a very small channel but you … fed up, really fed up and unsubscribe even I am sure you do not care.

  2. I have issues with my right scapula/shoulder & spinal extension muscles on the right just next to the spine – chin tucking is difficult as the right side back/neck can't hold the chin back.

I have worked on my Serratus Anterior using foam roller wall slides & my lower trap with Y-Raises was difficult to isolate the muscle & be able to Posteriorly Tilt the scapula.

How do i know which rotator cuff or deltoid exercise i need to do – is there a good way to assess what muscles? I'm worried I'll make it worse by doing a certain motion – for example if my external rotation is already good compared to my internal then would the last exercise make things worse?

  3. Thanks a bunch I've forgotten the exercises to help and these are better than what the physio gave me loosened right up after a hard day's work roofing in the UK, thanks

  4. Thank you for posting this!! My shoulder has had some problems this year, and I feel like I really need to rebuild my foundation. I am stoked to implement this regularly. After my first go with 3 sets of 10 of each movement, I am so re-motivated!

  5. I know you said 2-3 times a week, but is something I could bang out anytime?? Like maybe every night before bed. Or am I better off letting it rest with recovery time? I just found this video. I know it's old. Been dealing with a messed up shoulder. Gonna start back lifting and I'm gonna give these a try!

  6. I started sleeping only on left side for years didn't move a bit overnight

My left shoulder is clicking like feels like bone on bone while moving it in forward and backward

  7. I've had pain around my left scapula and my neck has been super stiff on that side. I just did the first two exercises and I got immediate relief in the scap and a big increase in neck mobility. I'm planning to make this part of my warmup for any upper body workout, and also before I play golf. Thanks a lot!

  8. HOLAY SHITE … in the gym and doing these then trying my other shoulder exercises without weights, doing the motion and my pain has drastically shifted. My mind just blew lol

  9. How long after dislocation should I attempt these, the only one I am confident in doing at the moment is the band external rotation, I disloacted nearly 2 weeks ago.

  10. Tried these exercises over the course of a few weeks and it made my shoulder worse. Now I have new pain in new areas. This guy seems chill but I'd be cautious about trying these exercises.

  11. I see so many complaints against the ads in the video. So you guys want everything for free? Not ready to help someone giving you knowledge? When the advert is on just sip a coffee or do something else. You don't have to watch it. so much of effort imparting knowledge. and so much complaints. ? The world is weird.

  12. This man has shoulder muscles I’ve never seen in my life they must be hidden somewhere behind the chubby skin 😂 on a serious note great video this looks easier to do than heavy lifting and seems as effective I ordered bands will get to work 🫡

  13. I'm two months out from a pec tear surgery. I'm one of the fortunate ones that also have recurring shoulder impingement. Just doing these exercises really relieved some of the pain. It hurts to do them, but afterwards I feel great. Thanks
