Which band should I cover next for this series?
What's your favorite Black Sabbath song and/or album?
I know I’m almost 3 years late, but Ozzie was such a drug house and kind of still is even though he’s sober that he was prescribed with AIDS
No bats were harmed in the making of this upload, I never knew anything about these very interesting and informative upload, many thanks to you I enjoyed you so much
Annoying voice but good video never the less 😊✌️
Get the autobiographies of the members; this is wrong from the beginning!! For a start, Geezer wasn’t a bass player when they started.
"Critics hated it" and it was a genre defying album that changed music forever
The only thing I don't like is the fact that when I could have seen one of their concerts I couldn't go so I never saw them live…
Black Sabbath: a legend… One of the best band of all times…..
I think you forgot to mention the fact that Tony lost some parts of his fingers
Born again has developed a cult following over the years
From the 1st album all the way thru to Sabotage are likely 6 of the best "metal" albums ever made.
Ozzy was just beginning his solo career when I hit my teens. And I do dig his solo stuff. But his work
with Sabbath is truly the tops. Can imagine if they brought in Randy Rhoades for some fresh energy ?
Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman coulda been Sabbath albums. Talk about a come-back. Lol. That woulda been friggin amaze-balls !!!
How do we petition to have them play the superbowl next year?
They should have had a revolving door with all these members of the band coming and going over the years!
watching this from the future knowing the end wasn't actually the end 🙂 and the last time the 3 original band memebers got together was not the last time 🙂 not even for the 4 originals 🙂 see u july 5th
Black Sabbath is still Moore
Sweet leaf is so fricking good.
great info… if only you made an effort to tell a story;…. Jesus
do a elvis video
"they downtuned their guitars"… That's just completely wrong. All of Black Sabbath's material is tuned at 440 standard tuning whereas Ozzy's solo material is tuned 1/2 step down. What a bunch of complete and total BS.
Iommi is tremendous. That being said, everything between "Born Again" and "13" my friends and I call Fake Sabbath.
You sound like the guy who knows about all the Presidents.
I didn't realize that Black Sabbath changed their members numerous times. I thought they only changed their singers.
You missed one of the most important events in the history of heavy metal: Iommi's loss of fingers. It influenced heavy metal playing more than we imagine.
and well fuck, it's 2024 and they're thinking of "properly ending Black Sabbath" with a few final shows, featuring ALL FOUR original members
Slipknot: we’ve had the most members.
Black Sabbath: Hold my beer
Godfathers of HEAVY METAL 🤘♥️🤘
Mr beat? Wtf!
Black sabbath has a bigger history than 40% off all countries🙏
This was great, very in depth thank you! I’m 57 and saw them in concert in Baltimore Md during the Mob Rules tour as a teenager. It was so awesome, I still remember every moment. 👍😎🔥
Black Sabbath was basically the ship of Theseus
Bill Ward has to get an award for leaving an rejoining the same band over and over again
everything after Ozz left the first time is just comedy.
This is mr beat right??????
There’s no world where this guy isn’t Mr.Beat
haha "pot" and "pussy", teehee
For Live Aid 1985, the band performed in Philadelphia.
However they were billed as: "Black Sabbath FEATURING Ozzy Osborne
any classic Sabbath song only involves the original members! love live Ozzy and Sabbath!
You can’t really say led zeppelin were heavy
"Paranoid" is my favorite song. I haven't anything better in terms of lyrics and pace.
Kind of ironic how an anti-war protest song became one of the most iconic songs loved by warriors and veterans.
