How an Apple AirTag led to a Search Warrant

Portions of this video were released previously but never really told the FULL STORY of how a modern Apple AirTag collided head-on with a 250-year-old constitutional amendment – which ultimately resulted in a judge getting involved. I personally love seeing cases like this where patrol officers go into full detective mode – going above and beyond to develop the probable cause to request a search warrant – and, in this case, it was quickly signed off by a judge. Sometimes, the quiet, time-consuming and diligent work of law enforcement deserves a dedicated story like this!

  1. she didn't do nothing wrong..how she was treated was without any sense or heart…she was trying to communicate but no one there was really trying to communicate with her, everyone had just decided in advance no matter what. people find back your humanity

  2. Had two events and maybe a couple other people claiming the tracking led to around me , one with just a accusation of stealing. Other where i empty my belongings to cops and nothing they just walk away no apology nothing . so it could be a ruse just to pat people down its weird how we allow the privilege to people with money and their valuables not everybody

  3. She said people have donated $10,000 for her brother-in-law’s funeral. But now she said she’s going to use that money for a lawyer to defend her stupid behavior.
How is that right? It isn’t. That is not why people donated their hard- earned money.

  4. The cops used I smell weed , to go into the house. Then tricked. The young black kid. That trash can was in the open .anyone could have placed it there. THE COPS WENT INTO THE HOUSE .So what they find cant be used. The black kid should never told them theycan go in. They detained the black woman because she KNEW HER BROTHERS RIGHTS. ….DO NOT TALK TO COPS ..DO NOT OPEN YOUR DOOR.. LET THEM SAY THEY SMELL WEED ALL THEY WANT. SUE THE HELL OUT OF THEM. That smell weed is always used against BLACKS….. The cops went into the house BEFORE GETTING PERMISSION. All Americans have rights 😊
