  1. Just finished Day 1 , and wow, those side planks really challenged me! I could feel my core working hard, and it was tough to keep my balance, but I pushed through. It’s clear that this routine is going to be intense, but I’m excited to see the results.

    My Tips/Tricks

    Tip #1: X2 a day(Day & Night)

    Tip #2: If you feel like you can’t do a certain exercise for 30 or 40 seconds without collapsing, do it for 20 seconds(meaning you get a 10(30) or a 20(40) second break. Gives you time to get water if needed

    Tip #3: For the windshield wiper, don’t go all the way to the ground. I fell when I did and it messed me up. So what I do is that I place my hands by my side and whenever I touch them and move my legs to the other side. You still gonna feel that burn😅

    Tip #4: While doing the plank reach, try wearing shoes…I did mine with socks and that messed me up. Try wearing athletic shoes(tennis shoes, running shoes, training shoes, and etc) helps with balance.

    Again take your time, listen to your body! If you feel like you are about to collapse or throw up, stop! Don’t overwork yourself❤😇

  3. i been doing this workout for 3 years with a week on and a week off to stay fit and healthy, honestly every time i do this workout i feel great at the end of it and accomplished💪🏻

    Day 6:Done guys my stomach is so much flatter right know I see my abs and also I do the 16/8 fasting method and stay in a calories deficit under 1350cal per day and i also walk 10k steps a day

    Update: my waist is now 75 but I lost 3kg and btw I'm doing other workouts
    Day 9 : done!!
    Day 10:done saw amazing results in the morning so worth it

  5. 14 Days Completed Today, and the results are mind blowing. I lost 3 inches from my waist and the love handles are almost gone. I will be doing the other love handles work out of her to see how it goes.

  8. Guys idk but when i started doing this work out today after the 5th workout i puked.I just wanted to tell you guys how it was for me and i dont want to do this workout anymore bc im scared that ill get sick.And fyi i didint eat anything and its 10 am rn

    My waist defenitely got flatter and i guess smaller but not drastically. If i did this for a month i defenitely would have seen more results

  10. Day 1: ✅ Owwww my sides and abs and body was SORE AS HELL TODAY
    Day 2: ❌ Hahaha… I accidently twisted my calf while trying to workout 🥲 so I'm not about to risk hurting myself and i feel extremely sick so I'll update tomorrow and do it twice to make up
    Day 3: So I am doing this twice
    My body is STILL SORE 😭 But hey, I mean I'm doing it right. My calf is okay, i realized I felt sick yesterday because I overate. So today I made sure not to eat so much before working out. Doing it twice, my body is gonna hate me tomorrow 😂
