This was amazing, in one session I struggled but kept doing that back roll (wasn’t pretty) but I kept trying and I did it! I do train at home. Doing olympic lifts. No coach no program. But I know what my goal is for the olympic lifts. I'm watching this right now. My wife taught me these shoulder rolls, only she taught me them as "learning how to land" – she's a Judo black belt, see, & the first thing you have to learn in judo is how to fall – or, how to land. They're GREAT FUN, aren't they! I 'm no black belt I just love Street-Running (parkour) & that's where I incorporate these rolls (…along with randomly on dogwalks in the park & in my back garden just for the fun of it like you do:- don't deny it, I can see it in your eyes!) I like stretching and moving first thing in the morning. Do bigger moves my body is more limber later on.

As for your hamd spins:
for your rotations
whip your leg, the same way you started to go up already except, drop the other hand and continue that over and over. A lil trick is to spin for a quarter rotation on your palm, then go up to 50 75 then full rotation. I hope this helps. 💪🏽⚓️ Bboy FaCce Project 401 RI

Im.a bit older. Got so.e mobility issues due to compressed L4/L5/S1 discs, and some arthritis in the hips.
Im going to dedicate a lot more time to mobility work

Love the shoulder roll – did it the first time over the shoulder and will do this definitely more often!

I just did this today and I felt I was laughing and in a more positive spirit. I love the rolls and felt my spine and shoulders open up really well
I couldn't do 3rd movement at all my body was not allowing me to bring.my.legs. all the way to ground it was resisting going opposite what should i do?

The middle of my back is super stiff. Lifting my legs up and back where they are horizontal with the ground is all I can do. Do you have a video or recommendation for really giving that spine more full range of motion or do I need to just sit in that stretch zone more frequently? Thanks🙏

Hi Josh, I'd recommend you get Shiloh a proper harness if she's going to be pulling like that. It'll stop her choking herself and possibly damaging her windpipe.
