  1. Did the cop just say the impersonator didn’t have the authority to violate the persons 4th amendment right…no one has the authority ever to violate any constitutional rights.

  2. This is scary af for the public to have to deal with. How are you to differentiate between real and fake in a situation like this? Shame on the court for not holding this guy accountable.

  3. Good on the one cop said towards the end, you put someone 4th amendment in jeopardy, by somebody that didn’t have the authority to do it. So what’s he saying here? Government can override our rights if you have the right authentication????

  4. I must commend those police officers for protecting the driver of the car that was pulled over. His fourth amendment rights. Period thank you. We need more police officers like those.
