  1. At 2:08 the officers had an excellent opportunity to de-escalate the situation and take the edge off of this woman, when she says "You ever watch, um, Phineas and Ferb?" I would have got into a conversation with her while escorting her out, saying things, like:
"Oh, Phineas and Ferb? I've heard the title before but never watched the show. Is it a cartoon? Is it a sitcom? Oh, it's a cartoon! I might watch it with my 6-year-old. Do you think it's appropriate for a 6-year-old? On which channel? Ok, so, which one is your favorite character? Ferb? Why?" … and so on and so on… By the time she's done talking about Ferb, she's out of the mall and would have likely not thought about going back for her boyfriend, let alone escalate the situation while being escorted.

  2. Never have I ever seen such disrespectful individuals as this younger generation. No one, I mean no one I knew would ever act like this, for 1, our parents raised us properly with manors & respect, and 2, we would have had the shite kicked out of us if we did act like that! Just shameful!
