The cop standing in his front yard instigated a lot of this. I normally agree with the police, but the one cop purposely stands in his yard just to antagonize the little man instead of just standing on the sidewalk. Then the cop assaults the little man by pushing him. The dude is not very smart and not good at his job. Where were they trained?
