There were times I had to carry — in hand, while I had held it in my pocket or purse — during bad crime times in Anchorage and lack of police. Being able to have that weapon saved my life and others' lives more than once. I am so grateful I never had to actually shoot someone. (Amazing how quickly they'll stop committing a crime when facing a gun aimed right at them.) I couldn't live in some place like New York or L.A. where you can't carry. It's unconstitutional, and it's detrimental and life-threatening to little old ladies like me! We should have the right to defend ourselves, regardless of the current political police climate. Police can't get to you in the seconds where your life hangs in the balance.
Barry the same is true with new immigrants from Latin America and around the world. These new comers are deeply religious and do not support gender transitioning and so much of the Dem madness.
It seems New York's finest, the NYPD, kept the peace. Can't imagine why they would be inspired to do so. 😉 /end sarcasm
