  1. This is so true

When I lost weight I ate 2 eggs every morning, salad with a protein, I mixed up the protein, salmon, tune, egg etc & dinner protein & veggies, my snacks either plain yogurt, veggies or fruit

  2. Thanks sir for your devine guidance.

  3. Is there another type of protein powder that can be used that isn’t animal (specifically beef) derived? I became sensitive to beef a few years ago and haven’t eaten it since. Fortunately I have an expansive palate so I can replace it’s benefits with other foods, like bison, fish, seafood, etc.

  4. Great video. Breakfast has never been an issue, dinners are 90% veggies & protein but lunches are an issue. I tend to be a seasonal eater so salads during warmer months and soups during colder months. If I don’t have lunches prepared or at least figured out and planned for I become a grazer for 5 hours until I eat dinner. This is a problem area that I have to focus on.

  5. Thanks Dr A!! This was good it’s good to have a few go to meals that you enjoy for sure. Also having 3 glasses of water when you first get up is helpful for hydration

  6. Now that I'm working from home most of the time, preparing healthy meals every day has become such a struggle! I'm glad I found this video as it gave me new perspective and to have those healthy go-to meals ready. Dr. Balduzzi is totally right that eliminating the decision-making will save so much time and energy!

  7. You are correct, having a go-to meal saves so many bad decisions later. I try to grocery shop on Saturday and meal prep on Sunday. I seem to fall off the plan a lot on the weekends. I think life gets so structured and scheduled during the week that I want to have freedom and creativity on the weekend but I know that it erases all my progress. I am lactose intolerant so I have to stay away from milk products, (I use almond milk) yogurt, and powder protein even if it is Whey Protein Isolate. I have been watching Fit Mother Project videos for the past 3 months, they are great but during COVID I have gained 14 pounds. Thanks for all your guidance.

  8. Well i have been watching your video and i have to say that i have learned a lot with it, knowing this is really astonishing, i am really glad because i have the opportunity to learn a balanced way to eat

  9. I need to have go to meals. I am eating healthier. My downfall is I have a love for McDonald's I haven't been eating there since Covid 19. I have trouble staying with the same meals every day. I have to work on this.

  10. I don't know why, but dieting always fails me. I try and it never works. I like the idea that eating consistently good food, helps in the long run. It's exhausting. Having real good tasting go-to meals I can eat every day is soooo great! Thank you.

  11. One of my biggest hurdles is trying to find the time each day to make healthy meals. Sticking to the same type of things for early meals and varying dinners is a great idea, and is gonna make it a lot easier to meal prep. Now I won't have to worry about settling for something less healthy because I didn't have the time. I just ordered your protein and am gonna start using that in the morning like you recommended. Thanks Dr. A!
