  1. One of the few times when calling Mom might have been somewhat appropriate. I mean, realistically, while the driver is responsible for what's in the car, no one is likely to search someone else's car when they go to borrow it. If Mom had something in the car that was illegal, it is her business, even if the son got charged. If something illegal was in the car and the son did bring it in, well, Mom's car is about to get impounded.

The fact that the son was on heroin and tried to flee and elude – plus kidnapping the officer in the car – whole 'nother thing.

  2. Who calls Mommy to ask what to do on a traffic stop. Had he listened to the officer instead of Mommy he would not be in this mess. Two stupid people — Mommy and baby boy.

  3. It is a very few Walmarts that have that and it’s a sign that says for our law-enforcement partners it’s like one or two spots, and it’s usually near depending on what the size of I know of one where they set the grocery another one works on the general merchandise side and a small one where that it’s right there in the middle as one of the marked spots

  4. There should be a nationwide law for all LEO’s to immediately confiscate perps’ phones when they initiate a traffic stop! It would keep the perps from ignoring the LEO’s, and also keep them from using their phone as a projectile to throw at the LEO’s! Problem solved!

  5. I've seen a cop sh00t a guy for taking off with them in the car during a traffic stop. Should have happened this time too. People need to know not to try and argue the case on the side of the road or at a gas station.

  6. It is NOT illegal to park in a spot that says "PARKING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT" On Walmart premises, It is courtesy parking for law enforcement to deal with shoplifters. Walmart is private property so no tickets can be written unless someone is illegally parked in a handicap spot or parked in a fire lane.

  7. OMG, Brad is a complete moron!
He is in his 30s and had to call his mommy!😣
He is so dumb that he took off with the officer in his car.
He's a heroin addict, he needs to stay in jail and get clean.
Hey, nothing wrong with living in the basement, I love in my son's basement. Granted it's a finished room, I just have to share it with the washer & dryer. 😁

  8. Your giving him credit for a brain cell count higher than 1. If anything his brain cell count is about 99 cells shy of an active brain cell. deucting 20 cells for calling mommy during police stop.
