I've had paranormal experiences my whole life. It started when I saw a full ghost at 12 in my house. It was built in the 1800s. I shared my bedroom and bed with my younger sister. I watched a woman in a nightgown walk in. She turned and started walking to the foot of the bed. I couldn't see through her, she was solid. She stopped halfway down and turned to look at me. From her nose up, her face waa dark and blurry. I freaked. I told my Mom the next day. She said I must have been dreaming, I was wide awake. Years later a friend called. He asked why I didn't come out the night before. I told him I was out with my sister. He said he saw me in the upstairs window in a white nightgown. I never told him about her. In my 30s my Mom said she knew about her but felt she was looking out for us. She never saw her as I did but she and Dad felt her presence, especially on the stairs.

Few years ago on my first ever trip to Scotland starting in Edinburgh and solo trip as usual, I had two strange experiences that I hardly tell others about.. I was staying at one of those hotels on the famous old mile road in old town not far from a cemetery and down the road the Holyrood Palace etc; It was a beautiful sunny yet crisp cold day and I ventured out toward the palace passing by this old church and adjacent cemetery and went in to look around, but farther down into the grounds, I felt a very unsettling uneasy sensation as if someone or something was staring at me and following me while in that early morning hour nobody else was around, so I left .. did some sightseeing like the palace and hours later on my way back up, I saw this cemetery entrance (say right side of the road leading back up toward the famous hill and the old town) and all good while there with amazing views over Arthur’s Seat and the palace etc; when I sat in a sunny corner eating a sandwich and enjoy the views when I noticed this tower on the very near end up the hill and saw this woman wearing a beautiful hat and a reddish brown gown like a Victorian attire standing at the top window staring outside in the same direction but it was far from me and I didn’t look further and minded my own.. when I thought I could go to that tower too and climb up for a much better photo to post on my Insta .. I walked to the tower to be shocked by it being completely an abandoned tower ruin and sealed off, big locks on its door and windows entirely covered and fences and plants all over and pigeons everywhere nestling in and around the tower; clearly no way anyone could go inside of it … I knew that moment that what I saw was a ghost or a spirit .. and so I left… that night in my room, I saw these orbs on my photos all over the area around the tower and in a ‘moving’ photo (my phone camera settings), I saw a greenish bright orb hoovering on top of the tower shooting in and out in a second … Idk anything about the history of that cemetery or the tower etc and so maybe somebody does

It's a known fact that if you add "This is a true story" to the end of a tale it proves its true.

The "paranormal" doesn't exist.
IDK why it bothers me but it really really annoys me when people claiming to see UFOs doing impossible maneuvers like stopping abruptly, taking impossibly fast 90° turns, hitting 8G in less than 1 second and shooting straight up out of the ozone and straight into space from obviously a few hundred feet above their heads, and these lovely and unfathomably intelligent witnesses say things like "was it just stars?" Because we've all seen a star that's light-years away zip down from deep space, and stop right over you and barely above the trees in half a second than whiz around like a laser light show before taking off back into space… I will never understand why some people refuse to entertain the idea that this impossible thing they saw simply could not be alien or time travel or interdimensional travelers or even black budget unacknowledged deep state reverse engineered alien tech on a test run, because that doesn't make sense, so obviously the lights must've been a star…. In the Earth's atmosphere, hovering just above the trees and miraculously not vaporizing the entire planet.. If you've seen similar things, please, if you care about anybody taking you seriously, then please don't ask questions like *was it a star?" Because that's infinitely more braindead than thinking it must've been Santa Claus. Stars are literally suns. We would not be here today if a star did that and got anywhere near our planet to begin with. No it wasn't a damn star and if you think aliens is somehow more hilariously ridiculous and unrealistic to speculate than a star only 3 dozen feet from the ground, then I'm inclined to think you only saw a street light because your ability to reason is extremely suspect at that point. You almost certainly saw a street lamp with that obvious deficit of analytic and reasoning skills.
I must be blind, but where can I send you stories from my personal experiences with similar phenomenas?

I must be further along the path than that monk because I realized this when I was a teenager. The real lesson of a story like this is to demonstrate that so many people need a story like this, becase so many people lack introspection.
