  3. Dude thank you so much for this. I used to be a parkour instructor so this makes me feel right at home. Now I'm a first year apprentice tool and die makers so that means I work 8-12 hrs a day standing on concrete. It's been hell on my muscles, especially my hamstrings and back muscles. I love how short the routine is because I already have to wake up at 3:30 am. I was having trouble making a routine that could fit into my schedule. You seriously helped me out so much
