After completing 14 week sherd challenge next day i start summer sherd challenge 21 days today is day 16 totally only 3 rest day i take my frist in 21 day was after 6 day continue doing workout i did one day rest i didn't push myself I want to do with full engertic i didn't do any lazy in program now i do every workout easily I can't do like totally chole i take rest but i do complete workout guy's don't ignore warm up & cooldown focus on mobility fixibility more do 25 min

Great routine. I believe there’s not enough time for a transition into the next exercise. I feel extremely rushed which causes undue stress and anxiety.
Honestly, I just wanna say thank you for all your work. I've been working out consistantly since January and I've never felt so strong and in love with myself. What you do, Chloe, is really important for a lot of peple, you change lives!

I got 3 days off of schedule, but I started Journaling again today and decided I was going to get back on track. It was tough, but I burnt through 3 days worth of excersise. Now I'm going to enjoy me some spaghetti! Thank you Chloe you are an awesome sensei! 🙏
