  1. May I ask how tall you are and if you (also) have to turn feet out with a wide stance to keep upright in squat position?

    I was doing pistol squats and not realizing my lower back was rounded. Disc injury ensued 😳

  2. Ditto! Saw on squat university. How i found you. As a fibro sufferer with other issues.. these slow concentrated but powerful movements are great. Tai chi and restorative yoga is best for us. Ty soooo much! 💖🙏 Will be 45 in 10 days and happily freshly single. You look great and so healthy 🎉
