  1. Actually this is false because it is proven that muscle size has a lot to do with how strong you are

    This isn’t from person to person because everyone’s bones are different and in case you didn’t know none strength has something to do with how much weight you can lift

    And what I mean by it’s false is that if one person has a 12.5 inch bicep and is at 15% body fat and in the next 3 month they have a 14.3 inch bicep and 15% body fat it means that they got stronger so muscle size is relative to how strong you are and this doesn’t mean you can say that “since my arms are bigger than your arms it means I’m strong” no it means your strong that YOU who has smaller arms then you do now

  2. I don’t like training like this. I like to do 8 reps then go to another machine and do this until i have been on all machines. It feels like I’m wasting time if I don’t
