    6 inches (10 secs each height)
    Flutter kicks (10)
    Russian twists (20)
    Elbow to knee (20)
    Sit-ups (10)
    I do this about 6 times a day

  2. My usual workout is 50 crunches, 1 minute plank, 3 minute split (mainly for right leg), 10 push ups, 30 sit ups. I’m a 12 year old gymnast and it helps a lot. If you add this video onto it and do it every night before bed with some music you love it works great. Try doing it in the morning and before bed❤
