Hope 2024 is off to a good start for everyone!!
I was hoping to get clarity on something. If I want my goal weight at 185, that's 185 grams of protein per day?
Can someone clarify this for me: should the amount of protein you eat per day (in grams) be your ideal bodyweight in pounds or in kilograms multiplied by 0.8 – 1.0? Because I had read that it's supposed to be in kilograms. Measuring it in pounds seems so excessive for protein intake, but I could easily be wrong.
That was a long ad for an app
One thing to know about caffeine is if you have ADHD/ADD, caffeine can actually have the opposite effect and make you more sluggish
im gonna implement this for 2 months and update my results every 2 weeks
So, with continue increasing resistance (weight), how does one keep the abs from "barreling out" rather than becoming "cut"?
My mid is very small but my lower part of my stomach is so big
So I’m from Australia we use metric does the same formula still apply in kg?
I am working on my abs & will get back here once I have got the results! 🤫My coach at the gym says work on your abs 6 days a week.
Meaning of 10 to 12
Should I multiply by 10 or 12
What is the thinking behind the 50 grams of fat per day minimum?
If I follow your calorie guide I end up with almost 4k calories (330 lbs). My resting is close to 2800. I'm not sure how, even with working out this will cut weight.
Also keep in mind, I'm doing low carb high fat with a 500 calorie deficit off my bmr. I've lost 18 lbs in 2 weeks ( mostly water) but I'm also loosing my waist.
calorie counting doesn't work
this guy still doesn't have any abs though… 1:46 those aren't abs
"creatine doesnt make bloated, lol".
abs are muscles, and creatine causes water retention, including abs. i got bloated using creatine. and its just 3g everyday with 1500cal diet.
Guys i wanna ask about. what if i eat 1.500 calories and enough protein a day, but I'm not full yet. It's okay for my muscle or not? Or am i need to eat more or stop? I want to bulking
How many calories are we burning during ab workouts that include 400 reps
I hate this video, the left physique with 30 bodyfat is far better and stronger than a stupid superficial 12 bodyfat
I’m between 30% and 20% body fat
i love the cheeky Jeff that does the bad stuff cameos
