  5. Hey I’m doing this 4-5 times a week I’m updating every day my starting measurement at my butt is 87cm 😢 so let’s go:
    Day 1:✅ 87cm I am sure that I didn’t do every exercise right but my my legs were shaking…
    Day 2:✅ 87cm It was a little easier than yesterday but at the end my legs were shaking and my butt burned the hole day from yesterday’s workout
    Day 3:❌ took a rest day

    I’m sorry I’m stopping this here I had a knee injury and went into MRT so I won’t be doing this anymore
