  2. full respect, but one question: how much does hight play a role? Im around 1m90, doesn't that make it much harder for example to do 1 leg squats or the bench lat pull over? Also handstand etc… not going for excuse, but maybe something to mention / adress in a video?

  5. This is great! I've been loving these and it's great with the amount of time I spend on the road. Would love an upgrade that uses bands or just simple things that I can keep in my suitcase. Always appreciate the content and detail!
