Love these kind of workout so much it gives me sweats eventhough its not a cardio workout . I need a longer one🤭
I think I'm too stupid to have the L + R side of the body exercises split up with a bunch of other exercises in between like that lol

I like Chloe but this workout is awkward. The moves within a move is weird
I have a problem lol. The lightest weight in my house is 25 ibs. It’s too heavy, but not using dum bells is too easy. I try to do the work outs with 25ibs dumbbells. I was scared I would drop it or hurt myself
