  5. Im gonna start this today, but i might not do it every day because im doing the 2 week shred as well, so I'll do this when my mums home instead of the 2 week shred so she cant hear me lol

    Im 13, 5"1, but I dont know my weight lol I think it's 50-60kg

    Day 1✅️ donee, it was easy. My watch said I burnt around 120 kcals if that's helpful to anyone (everyone burns a different amount of kcals depending on weight/height/age though❤)

    Day 2✅️ done half of the vid earlier but I just did it again. The last last exercises always make me sweat the most lol kcals: 135
    I've eat more kcals today though:(

    Day 1: it was nice! Hard but nice I struggled so much.
    Day 2: my gosh my body is in pain muscles are sore feeling it in my bones.
    Day 3: still in Alot of pain but popped that Advil and pushed it!
    Day 4: had a long day but pushed through! Can do it easier now! Gonna keep going!

    Got slip disc few months back, can’t jump. Someone please suggest a good weight loss workout without putting too much pressure or jerks on my lower back

    I’m not sure if im seeing results on my thighs appearance but i can tell I’ve got more stamina now
    And im actually happy about that i mean this workout was so exhausting at first but now it still makes me sweat so hard but i can do it without any breaks (and to the next workout right after)
