  2. Hi Chloe, I downloaded your app and started the challenge, today is my first day, and there are 5 exercises for today, I wanted to ask if I should do these 5 exercises continuously for an hour or give rest time for each exercise, or divide these 5 exercises into 1 day?

  3. Second day of weight loss program but my legs really hurt too much.. I can't even finish one exercise because after not even 5 seconds everything hurts 😭 if I try to sit on a chair I almost certainly won't be able to get up again.. On the other hand I'm happy because I know that today's pain is due to the job well done yesterday so Thank you Chloe 💓🎀
