  2. I currently weigh 212 pounds
    i started intermittent fasting & a calorie deficit of 1300 im looking to lose tons of weight because I have felt unproductive sick and incapable of doing daily activities…
    day 1 (august 3rd 2024) my knees hurt while doing the exercise but got through it!!

  3. Starting the 2024 Summer shred challenge today!
    So far this year I have lost a little over 15 pounds (I've been at a plateau for a while) and I'm starting a better and more strict calorie deficit for this program (-750 cals)
    I'll update this when I am halfway and after I finished!

    Day 2 – ✔️ but i didnt sweat much so I’m gonna do something else as well

  6. I quit workout for a month bcoz I got a too busy schedule 😭 Trust me starting a low impact workout after quitting for a while is absolutely dying! But I'm glad that I'm back 💪🏻

  7. Всем привет! Я неплохо знаю английский, но боюсь сделать много ошибок, поэтому пишу на родном языке – русском.

    Сегодня мой первый день, вчера в 3 часа ночи я вернулась домой с отдыха, и начинаю этот вызов!! Итак, мне 12 лет и мой рост составляет около 167 см и мой вес 55 кг. Я вернулась поздно и проснулась рано, так что я не ем уже 2 сутки, поэтому тренировка для меня сложная. Сделала уже 3 более длительных перерывов для себя и на 3ем пишу этот коментарий. Чувствую себя плохо, так как меня тошнит, но я уже на 15 минуте, осталось чуть-чуть.
    Я не доделала 2 или 3 упражнения, так как мне стало плохо, но я думаю, что я неплохо поработала!! На расслабляющей заминке меня стошнило, поэтому не могу её закончить.😢 Увидимся завтра, Хлоя!!

    weight- last time i weighed it was 65 a few weeks ago.I don't own a weighing scale but i will try find one and update the weight whenever i can.ill take some measurements when i can
    Diet-I dont count calories usually.But I eat little .Im for the most part vegetarian also
    Level-iv been doing jane kate workouts for the past few months but without watching what i eat and sometimes skipping for 2 weeks straight.ill switch back after i reach my goal weight to focus on building glutes again.
    I do yoga so i will be skipping the stretches on the app

  10. Hi everyone, I joined the challenge to lose my extra 30 kilos. Summer shred challenge, regular and healthy eating, detox water… I will try to keep it all regular.

    I will weigh myself every day and write here. I believe that this challenge will make me lose weight fast because I am overweight.

    Here's the start:
    height: 1.70
    weight: 90.2

    ✅Day 1: I had a very hard time because I had a sedentary life for a long time. My legs were very sore when the workout was over.

    ✅ Day 2: I woke up in the morning, stepped on the scales and was shocked. I started to lose the edema quickly because my body had accumulated a lot of edema. I'm struggling a bit with training, but I will continue to overcome it (88.8 kg)

    ✅ Day 3: my body started to get used to the training. I started to feel myself getting tighter (88.2 kg)

    ✅ Day 4: I'm struggling less now, the body is starting to tighten and I feel that I'm losing weight as well as edema (87.7 kg)

    ✅ Day 5: today I felt very tired and even wanted to give up, but I resisted. Fortunately, the results are progressing well (87.3 kg)

    ❌Day 6: a day of rest

    ❌Day 7: today is another rest day

    ✅Day 8: I completed the training but
    today I was not very enthusiastic (87.0 kg)

    ✅Day 9: Before completing the entire workout (86.5 kg)

    ❌Day 10: today I didn't weigh myself and didn't train. I'm struggling but I don't want to give up

  13. Started the 2024 shredded challenge today! Hope to lose weight and get some abs 🙏🏻
    Day 1: ✅ it was pretty fine, only 20min. Drunk 3L of water and ate healthy. (Weight: 58kg – the heaviest I’ve ever been 😭)
    Day 2: ✅ Harder than day 1 fs but felt very good! (Weight: 57,7kg)
    Day 3: ✅ (weight: 57,8kg)

  15. Im starting a challenge again. Completed one last year for the first time ever but had to stop updating cause exams and now I cba to find that same video again to do an update. My goal for this challenge is 76kg, ultimate goal is like 60/50-something but obv cant accomplish that in just a month. Anyway my starting weight is around 83kg when I checked in the morning. I will post updates on my progress weekly.

    Day 1: Skipped some lunges and a plank, but overall it went alr, but I took my time so it took a while to complete
    Day 2: It was tough and I had to take many breaks in between the videos. Overall it wasn't that bad. Also, chewing chewing gum helped take my mind off the workout I was actively doing as it kinda hurt. Ending weight: 82kg
    Day 3: Skipped a day ngl. I'm trying to change my diet a bit for better effects. The workout hurt my a*^. I was bout to catch up on day four but changed my mind after the workout. Ending weight:81.8kg
