  1. Great workout… I would have to look for what would be adjustments for the exercises that are heavy on the wrists as I have injuries and cannot bear my weight on them.

  5. Question so doing the woman over 50 workout 3x a week slowly increase weights and other days doing yoga I would like to add in the no equipment into my weight lift day would this be too much with the weights or should I just take away one weight day and do the no equipment day only once ?
