I remember all his interviews from the 90s. Always elegant with fine suits and ties, refined manners and language, he portrayed a perfect example of a british gentleman, in and out of the ring. His boxing style reflected that, too
people didnt give frank bruno the respect he was due…maybe because he is a fun nice guy. but that man right there was hard as nails and could proper box…he took on some real tough men in their primes and came close to knocking them ALL OUT… big up my man frank bruno…..period
Bruno only lost to top class fighters – Tyson (twice), Lennox Lewis, Tim Witherspoon and Bonecrusher Smith. He beat everyone else he was put in with including Oliver McCall who had the WBC belt at the time (1995) after knocking Lewis out the previous year and made one successful defense against Larry Holmes. I would have loved to have seen Bruno fight George Foreman at some point before the two retired. I think that would have been a cracking fight. Foreman struggled against Alex Stewart in 1992 and Bruno was a better fighter than Stewart so I would have given Bruno the edge over 'Big George' who was around 43 years old at that time and way past his best. There was so much talent in the heavyweight division in the 1990s it was almost unreal. Today's heavyweights cannot compare with what the 90s produced – not even close.
It looks like Big Frank left boxing with his faculties intact – and that's great. Considering some of the men he shared a ring with, he seems to be in a very good place.
Glad Frank finally won a world title, he just used to gas and then get caught and once caught he never recovered, all big hitters who beat him tho. Long Live Big Frank, ya know what i mean Harry
charity event i asked Bruno direct was Tyson the hardest puncher he fought and he said his punches beaten was worse than his dad's was lol he respects tysons power
Love Frank! Special place my heart, always. I was a very young man when he fought Tyson, but I woke in the night specially to listen to that fight. 'Get stuck in Frank!'. And he still does, at everything he's done since! 🙂
Frank was too heavy in the 2nd fight against Tyson . MTs legs were gone post prison. but Bruno was carrying way too much weight . Which played into tysons hands . Tyson Still had fast hands and that was the clincher.
His last fight wasnt against Tyson tho was it? I'm pretty sure It was the trilogy against his wife when he beat the shit out of her a few times💯 she still won 😂

I don’t think there will ever be a more likeable or loved fighter from U.K. as Bruno. He was so popular back in the day.
Legend

He rocked tyson with that double left hook but never followed up.
Loved the Tyson vs Bruno fights, always exciting
His voice is the opposite of Mike Tyson

Frank looking good 👍
Frank Bruno has always been an inspiration. I only boxed as an amateur and it is a hard game. I have nothing but respect for you Sir!❤️
Do you have an English version of this video?
He hardly looks any different to when I last seen him fight in the 90s 😂
God I'll never forget watching him win his belt. I was literally pulling my hair out the last few rounds.
Frank is a decent man, i wish him many years of health and wealth, always a down to earth humble human being.

I don't know why some people knock Frank for doing advertisements. He found a lucrative way to make money without getting into a ring, very savvy.
Got to love Frank Bruno always!
