yep because to go off the grid you would have to not only lose the phone and credit cards go to all cash but you couldnt live in your house you couldnt drive your car you couldnt go anywhere with a camera you are never off the grid so nothing would really change at all unless you plan to do something horrible but its not like its a camera on you anyways its nothing more than carrying your phone sure you can leave your phone at home but why? like why do you need to hide if you are doing nothing wrong for 1 and for 2 if you dont get rid of your phone then you arent changing anything you are being tracked just the same whats the difference? a piece of metal isnt permanent it could always be removed a lot easier than going off the grid and leaving your car and house behind because everything leads to you unless you have nothing in your name and no electronics but i dont see how it would be any different unless you are on the run you could leave your phone and go on the run but id just say those people wouldnt be the ones to get the chip anyways i say let them add another layer of tracking you think i care you want to pay me to watch me go to work and the store? have fun
If they did this everything would cost $2000 dollars more so it’s not worth doing. Simplest example of economics, if everyone has $2000 more everything will cost more.
