  1. Love this. Short and sweet. Trying to get my two teen wrestlers to check out your channel and do some of the mobility and stretching exercises. Wish me luck. (Usually anything forwarded from mom is disregarded.🤦‍♀️🙇‍♀️ )

  2. Just found your channel after being recommended primal movement from my chiropractor for my back issues. Love it dude so simple and easy to understand cant wait to get into it. Thanks for taking the time to make them for us. Cheers Dude!.

  3. Its not actually a good hamstring strecht if you keep your knee straight, I mean or us regular guys. Its better to keep you knee little bended so you can really hit the muscle tissue of hamstrtings.

  4. I’ve been doing this follow along, 3-4 times a day for the last 4 days. I have to sit at my job (12 hours) and it’s been a game changer. The stiffness is leaving my body and it’s feels good! I appreciate you guys. Much love ✌🏽

  5. I feel amazing after spending these 5 minutes of presence moving and stretching my body with your guidance. You guys are the BEST! Movement never fails to improve my state and helps me feel better and enjoy life. Love you guys.

  6. Josh, I am a 67 year old Australian guy who has recently gone Keto with food and dropped 25 lbs from 250 down to 225. I am expecting to drop another 15 in the coming months and hope to resemble to some extent the athlete (boxer) I was in my younger years. I know I look good around 210lbs

To help the process along I have been doing lots of exercise and have incorporated lots of the stuff from your terrific videos and they have really helped so I am very grateful for the effort you have made in making them. Thanks so much from Melbourne Australia.
P.S. Your own very ripped and athletic physique is an inspiration. You mind sharing your own height and weight stuff?
    Cheers and thanks again

  7. Would you be so kind to make a video about how to strengthen your ancles? I twist my feet quite often due to loose tendons. Thanks a lot
