First it is criminal court for actual crimes. The crimes have been listed and Trump is aware of them. Falsifying Business Records. 34 counts. He falsified them to assist his elevation to the White House and kept pertinent information about his character from being exposed days before the election. He cheated American voters out of a fair election by interfering with our ability to vet his ability to perform the functions of the job. His business has been proven in court to have been acting fraudulently. His CFO is in prison for his part in crimes at Trump Org. His lawyer has already done time for it. His administration had nearly a dozen cabinet members sent to prison. He is the swamp and he filled the White House with their filth. Never again Trump. Never. He deserves to be held accountable. He deserves to never hold office again after January 6th. He is a disgrace and his supporters are the least patriotic people in this country. At no point to either of them talk about the Democrats' involvement, which just goes to show that Fox News isn't just biased, but is actively shilling for the GOP and Trump specifically. Also, the prosecutor said that they've presented a lot of evidence and is also strategizing to make it about Stormy Daniels and not about embezzlement and that's something that the defense needs to bring up. That being said, Trump's lawyers are desperate to keep him off the stand and for good reason. He's going to try to pull the same nonsense that he did in his civil trial and the judge isn't going to have it.
Like I keep saying: Consider committing fewer crimes.
