  4. Starting this again after giving up during covid 😬 Is it fine to put a foam cushion under my butt? Is there a better alternative? I had an injury years ago where now I have to use a cushion to sit or my tailbone aches. Its probably also not helped that I'm so unfit.

  5. This is brutal and I currently severely dislike you. It'll get easier and I will not feel that way in a couple weeks but until then you are my nemesis who is doing this to me for my own good 😄

  6. This workout it intense! I try to get myself motivated to do it everyday but I’ve got no one to keep me motivated. I feel like I’m dying right now from this workout. Maybe if I look at this everyday, it’ll motivate me.
