is it normal for your hip bones to really hurt when your leaning into the yoga mat? When im doing stretches and stuff they hurt so badly

Starting this again after giving up during covid 😬 Is it fine to put a foam cushion under my butt? Is there a better alternative? I had an injury years ago where now I have to use a cushion to sit or my tailbone aches. Its probably also not helped that I'm so unfit.

This workout it intense! I try to get myself motivated to do it everyday but I’ve got no one to keep me motivated. I feel like I’m dying right now from this workout. Maybe if I look at this everyday, it’ll motivate me.
